Herbal Ingredients & Benefits;
Rooibos: Caffeine-free red tea with a rich earthy but sweet flavour. High in antioxidants and quercetin.
Nettle Leaf: Shown to be a circulatory stimulant and blood tonic with astringant, antiseptic and antidepressant properties.
Hibiscus: High in antioxidants and vitamin C, shown to regulate fluid balance, increase circulation and reducing inflammation. 
Rosehip: Shown to have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, astringent and blood tonic properties. 
Calendula: Shown to to be high in antioxidants, reducing inflammation and strengthen the lymphatic system.
 
Instructions;
Place 1-2 heaped teaspoons into a tea strainer, add boiling water, cover and allow the tea to infuse for 10-20minutes.
