By visiting this site, reviewing any of the information within or purchasing any services and/or products , you are agreeing to these terms & conditions. These terms & conditions outline both our responsibilities to you, as well as your responsibilities to us. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any parts of these terms & conditions without notice.

Visitors Rights & Responsibilities
The use of any information provided on this website is responsibility of the user. The user is solely responsibly for their own personal health & safety. The information on this website is provided for a general audience, is not individualised and should not be taken as medical advice.  


Cancellation & 'No show' Policy

Appointment cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24hours notice a cancellation fee, equal to 50% of your booking cost, will be charged. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 24hours notice for week following your booked appointment, the cancellation fee will be waived on the first occurrence only. Consecutive reschedules will result in the above cancellation fee, equaling 50% of you booking cost. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment has been booked and an appointment reminder email 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Both of these emails contain the link to cancel your appointments if you wish to do so. If you wish to reschedule your appointment please rebook online or contact us directly via hello@sacrednaturalhealth.com

A 'no show' is defined as a client who does not attend their confirmed appointment via online or face to face without prior communication. All no shows will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of their booking cost. 

If for any reason the practitioner cannot make their scheduled appointment, as much notice as possible will be given. In this case no fees will be charged and a reschedule of appointments will be communicated at a mutually convenient time.
 

Payment terms
Payment for all products is required at time of purchase are made through a secure platform via stripe, square or paypal.
Payment for all services is required on the day of your appointment, either via direct deposit with proof of payment or through our square terminal. Payment for all prescriptions including herbal tonics and supplements is required prior to ordering and/or mixing of product. The delivery/collection of all prescriptions will be mutually arranged between the client and the practitioner.

Sacred Natural Health services and products (including accepted recommended prescriptions) are not eligible for a refund unless they are considered faulty. All payments are consider final and are non-refundable.

All information provided on this website and all Sacred Natural Health products are not intended to diagnose or treat any health condition. Before purchasing any products from our online store please ensure that you have checked with your health care provider and that you are aware of any known personal or family allergies or contraindications to any of the products ingredients. 
By purchasing any product from this website you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions;
- You have already consulted with your health care professional
- You are over the age of majority for your state/territory of residence.
- You or your family do not have any known allergies or contraindications to the ingredients of the product
- You are not trying to fall pregnant, currently pregnant or breastfeeding.

- That Sacred Natural Health is not held responsible for any risk or health outcomes associated with said product.

Our Products have not been approved by the Australian Therapeutics Goods (TGA) association. All our Products are food supplements only and should be treated as such. 
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
We reserve the right to discontinue or alter any product at any time without notice.

This policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect to how we manage your Personal Information; how it is collected, stored and used within our digital practice, and the circumstances in which we may share it with third parties.

Personal information is information that identifies you as an individual. Personal Information collected includes: your name, date of birth, address, contact details, and medical information.

This personal information may be obtained via Sacred Natural Health's website, email/phone/social media correspondence, registration forms, and during consultation/s. In some circumstances, personal information may also be collected from other sources including information from your guardian, and other healthcare providers such as allied health professionals, specialists, community health services and pathology and diagnostic imaging services.

 

Our primary purpose for collecting your personal information is to provide healthcare services to you. We may also use your personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. If this is the case, consent will be sought before proceeding.

When collecting your Personal Information, we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

 

Please note; you have the right to deal with us anonymously or under a pseudonym unless we are required/authorised by law to deal with identified individuals.

 


Sensitive Information

 

We understand that much of the information you will disclose during your consultation may be of a highly personal and sensitive nature. As such, this information will be used by us only for the primary purpose for which it was obtained. On occasion, this information may be used for a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose or disclosed to third parties with your consent, or where required or authorised by law.

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information from you only. However, in some circumstances, information may be provided by third parties. In such a case, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided, and by whom provided it.

Your Personal Information is stored electronically in a manner that reasonably protects it from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When your Personal Information is no longer required for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take all reasonable steps to destroy/permanently de-identify your Personal Information. Please note; Personal Information will be stored in client files and kept for a minimum 7 years as required by law.

 

Disclosure of your Personal Information will only be done in the following circumstances; to third parties where you consent to the use or disclosure, or when it is required or authorised by law. This includes, but is not limited to court subpoenas, when necessary to lessen/prevent a serious threat to client’s life, health or safety, or that of public health and safety, when there is a statutory requirement to share certain personal information.

 


Access to your Personal Information

 

You have the right to request access to, and correction of, your personal information. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing. Sacred Natural Health will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. Please allow up to 14 days for release of information.

 


Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

 

It is important to us that your Personal Information remains up to date. We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to ensure your information is accurate and complete. From time to time, we may ask you to verify your Personal Information. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we may update our records and ensure to continue to provide quality services to you.

 

 

This Privacy Policy may be updated to ensure compliance with Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). A copy of the APPs may be obtained from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner website.
