Online naturopathy consultations are available via a secure Cliniko video platform, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own space (a quiet, private area is recommended).
For those drawn to in-person sessions, I offer nature-based consultations on the Northern Gold Coast, meeting at Lynbrook Park in Ormeau Ridge- a calming, grounded alternative to the traditional clinic setting.

This is were we start. We go over your current presenting symptoms and concerns and work our way backwards to include your medical and family history, any allergies you may have or medications you're taking and any areas of your health that may need some extra attention. This allows us to create an in-depth view of your current health status. From there we will work with you to determine which direction we take relating to prescription, management and treatment.
Return Consultation

Following on from your initial consultation we review your current health, any pathology test results, what worked and what didn't from your treatment plan, go over any questions that you may have and adjust your treatment plan accordingly.
Acute Consultation

Got the sniffles? Feeling a little under the weather? Then this consult is perfect. We quickly review your presenting symptoms, important medical history and any medication you're taking. We then create an appropriate acute herbal or nutritional prescription and treatment plan.
Please note: this is not an in-depth consultation, we will only focus on your acute presentation and any directly relevant information.
Mental Health Check-in

Similar to our acute consultations, we will review you presenting symptoms, medical history and medications. Then we investigate further as to what might be complicating and overwhelming your mind. Prescriptions may lean more towards flower essences, herbals or lifestyle changes depending on what we uncover and what treatment will work best for you.
Please note: again this is not an in-depth consultation, we will only focus on your acute mental presentation and any directly relevant information.
Reiki- In-person Energy Healing
Energetic exchange $90
Please allow 60minutes for your treatment
In-person sessions- Before the session starts Samii will have a chat with you to gauge how you're feeling, what you may be expecting from the session and answer any questions you may have. From there you will be asked to lay down in a comfortable position, close down your eyes and begin to draw your awareness inwards as Samii connects to the universal energy. Samii will then move around your body, utilising her hands as guides for the energy, allowing it to transfer to you where it is needed most. Tradition Reiki symbols, Pendulums, crystals and oracle cards may also be intuitively used to throughout your session, as a way to read, support and further nourish your energy.
Reset & Restore Consults
Currently only available via mobile consults in your home.
These are our extended combination consultations that offer the best of both worlds.
Start your session off with an in-depth naturopathy session, moving through any issues or aliments you may be experiencing. Then finish with a relaxing and restoring energetic Reiki healing, which can be tailored around what was already discussed during the first session or anything else you may want to shift and release.
Reset & Restore Initial Consultation

If you haven't already had an initial Naturopath consultation with us this is where to start. This is a two hour combination consultation that starts with a 60-75 minute Initial Naturopathy consultation, then follows with a 45-60 minute Reiki Healing.
Reset & Restore Return Consultation
90 minutes
Investment~ $165 (save $30)
If you have had an initial consult this is the Reset & Restore consult for you. This is a 90 minute combination consultation that starts with a 30-45 minute return Naturopathy consultation, then follows with a 45-60 minute Reiki Healing.
Currently these are only offered Face-to-face. Distance sessions will be offered in the future.
