Herbal Ingredients & Benefits;
Dandelion Root: Shown to improve digestion and liver function, reduce nausea and strengthen appetite.
Cinnamon Root: Warming and grounding digestive aid with a spicy but delicious flavour. Shown to have anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties as well as supporting blood sugar regulation.
Ginger Root: Shown to stimulate digestive enzymes, increase blood flow and circulation & reduces nausea.
Licorice Root: Shown to soothe digestive inflammation.
Sweet Orange Peel: Enhances overall flavour while also being rich in flavinoids.
 
Instructions;
Place 1-2 heaped teaspoons into a tea strainer, add boiling water, cover and allow the tea to infuse for 10-20minutes.
